Pateikdamas užsakymą Pirkėjas patvirtina, kad susipažino su šiomis Taisyklėmis, jas suprato ir su jomis sutinka.2.3. Sutartis laikoma sudaryta nuo momento, kai Pirkėjas pateikia užsakymą ir atlieka mokėjimą.2.4. Pardavėjas turi teisę bet kada keisti Taisykles. Užsakymui taikoma Taisyklių redakcija, galiojusi užsakymo pateikimo metu. 3. Asmens duomenų apsauga3.1. Pirkėjas privalo pateikti teisingus ir išsamius duomenis.3.2. Duomenys tvarkomi užsakymo vykdymo, nuomos administravimo ir mokėjimų tikslais.3.3. Mokėjimo kortelių duomenys Pardavėjui neperduodami ir nėra saugomi Pardavėjo sistemoje. 4. Mokėjimo tvarka4.1. Galimi atsiskaitymo būdai:• Mokėjimo kortelės per Klix sistemą• Elektroninė bankininkystė per Klix• PayPal4.2. Mokėjimas laikomas atliktu tik gavus patvirtinimą iš mokėjimo paslaugų teikėjo.4.3. Užsakymas vykdomas tik gavus apmokėjimą.4.4. Po apmokėjimo Pirkėjas gauna elektroninį užsakymo patvirtinimą. 5. Prekių pristatymas5.1. Prekės pristatomos kurjeriu arba atsiimamos vietoje.5.2. Nuosavybės teisė į prekes pereina Pirkėjui nuo jų perdavimo momento.5.3. Rizika dėl prekės sugadinimo pereina Pirkėjui nuo perdavimo momento. 6. Prekių grąžinimas6.1. Pirkėjas turi teisę atsisakyti sutarties per 14 dienų, išskyrus teisės aktuose numatytas išimtis.6.2. Grąžinama prekė turi būti nenaudota ir nepraradusi prekinės išvaizdos.6.3. Pinigai grąžinami per 14 dienų tuo pačiu mokėjimo būdu.6.4. Prekės grąžinamos adresu:UAB DIVER.LTŽygio g. 90-165LT-08242 VilniusLietuva 7. ĮRANGOS NUOMA7.1. Sutarties sudarymas7.1.1. Nuomos sutartis laikoma sudaryta, kai Pirkėjas pateikia užsakymą ir apmoka nuomos mokestį.7.1.2. Pirkėjas, pateikdamas užsakymą, aiškiai sutinka, kad nuomos paslauga būtų pradėta teikti sutartu laiku.7.1.3. Jei nuomos paslauga pradedama teikti Pirkėjo sutikimu per 14 dienų laikotarpį, Pirkėjas praranda teisę atsisakyti sutarties. 7.2. Įrangos perdavimas7.2.1. Įranga perduodama Pirkėjui pasirašytinai arba kitu būdu patvirtinus perdavimo faktą.7.2.2. Nuo perdavimo momento visa atsakomybė už Įrangą tenka Pirkėjui. 7.3. Įrangos grąžinimas7.3.1. Įranga turi būti grąžinta iki sutarto termino pabaigos.7.3.2. Grąžinimo momentas fiksuojamas Pardavėjo. 7.4. Pavėlavimas ir žala7.4.1. Pavėlavus grąžinti Įrangą, skaičiuojamas papildomas mokestis už kiekvieną pavėluotą dieną pagal svetainėje nurodytus tarifus.7.4.2. Sugadinus ar praradus Įrangą, Pirkėjas privalo atlyginti visą padarytą žalą.7.4.3. Žalos dydis nustatomas pagal remonto kainą arba rinkos vertę. 7.5. Mokėjimai ir išskaičiavimai7.5.1. Atsiskaitant mokėjimo kortele gali būti nuskaitytas tik nuomos mokestis.7.5.2. Užstato rezervavimas ar lėšų blokavimas mokėjimo kortelėje nėra vykdomas.7.5.3. Jei nustatomas pavėluotas grąžinimas ar žala, Pirkėjui išrašoma papildoma sąskaita.7.5.4. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja apmokėti papildomą sąskaitą per 5 kalendorines dienas.7.5.5. Nesumokėjus, Pardavėjas turi teisę perduoti skolą išieškojimui. 8. Atsakomybė8.1. Pirkėjas atsako už Įrangos naudojimą ir jos saugumą.8.2. Pardavėjas neatsako už netinkamą Įrangos naudojimą.8.3. Šalys atsako pagal Lietuvos Respublikos teisę. 9. Baigiamosios nuostatos9.1. Taisyklėms taikoma Lietuvos Respublikos teisė.9.2. Ginčai pirmiausia sprendžiami derybų būdu.9.3. Nepavykus susitarti, ginčai sprendžiami Lietuvos Respublikos teismuose pagal Pardavėjo buveinės vietą. The purchase or rental agreement is considered concluded when the Customer places an order and completes the payment.2.4. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of order placement shall apply. 3. Personal Data Protection3.1. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information.3.2. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, rental administration and payment processing purposes in accordance with applicable laws.3.3. Payment card details are not transferred to or stored by the Seller. 4. Payment Terms4.1. Available payment methods:• Payment cards via Klix payment system• Online banking via Klix (if applicable)• PayPal4.2. Payment is considered completed only upon confirmation from the payment service provider.4.3. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.4.4. After payment, the Customer receives an electronic order confirmation. 5. Delivery of Goods5.1. Goods may be delivered by courier or collected in-store.5.2. Ownership passes to the Customer upon delivery.5.3. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer at the moment of delivery. 6. Returns of Goods6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, except in cases provided by law.6.2. Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.6.3. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as the original transaction.6.4. The rental agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order and pays the rental fee.7.1.2. By placing the order, the Customer expressly agrees to the start of the rental service at the agreed time.7.1.3. If the rental service begins within the 14-day withdrawal period with the Customer’s consent, the right of withdrawal is lost. 7.2. Transfer of Equipment7.2.1. Equipment is handed over against signature or other confirmation.7.2.2. From the moment of transfer, full responsibility lies with the Customer. 7.3. Return of Equipment7.3.1. Equipment must be returned no later than the agreed rental end date.7.3.2. The return moment is recorded by the Seller. 7.4. Late Return and Damage7.4.1. Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges according to published rates.7.4.2. In case of damage, loss, or non-return, the Customer must compensate the full amount of damage.7.4.3. Damage is calculated based on repair costs or market value. 7.5. Payments and Charges7.5.1. When paying by payment card via Klix, only the rental fee may be charged.7.5.2. No security deposit is reserved, blocked or held on the payment card.7.5.3. In case of damage or late return, an additional invoice will be issued.7.5.4. The additional invoice must be paid within 5 calendar days.7.5.5. In case of non-payment, the debt may be transferred for recovery according to applicable law. 8. Liability8.1. The Customer
