These Purchase and Rental Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the Terms) regulate the rights, obligations and liability of the Customer and the Seller when purchasing goods and ordering rental services in the online store xboards.lt.

2. General Provisions
2.1. The Customer is a legally capable natural or legal person placing an order in the online store.
2.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
2.3. The purchase or rental agreement is considered concluded when the Customer places an order and completes the payment.
2.4. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of order placement shall apply.

3. Personal Data Protection
3.1. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information.
3.2. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, rental administration and payment processing purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
3.3. Payment card details are not transferred to or stored by the Seller.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. Available payment methods:
• Payment cards via Klix payment system
• Online banking via Klix (if applicable)
• PayPal
4.2. Payment is considered completed only upon confirmation from the payment service provider.
4.3. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
4.4. After payment, the Customer receives an electronic order confirmation.

5. Delivery of Goods
5.1. Goods may be delivered by courier or collected in-store.
5.2. Ownership passes to the Customer upon delivery.
5.3. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer at the moment of delivery.

6. Returns of Goods
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, except in cases provided by law.
6.2. Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.
6.3. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

7. Equipment Rental
7.1. Conclusion of Agreement
7.1.1. The rental agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order and pays the rental fee.
7.1.2. By placing the order, the Customer expressly agrees to the start of the rental service at the agreed time.
7.1.3. If the rental service begins within the 14-day withdrawal period with the Customer’s consent, the right of withdrawal is lost.

7.2. Transfer of Equipment
7.2.1. Equipment is handed over against signature or other confirmation.
7.2.2. From the moment of transfer, full responsibility lies with the Customer.

7.3. Return of Equipment
7.3.1. Equipment must be returned no later than the agreed rental end date.
7.3.2. The return moment is recorded by the Seller.

7.4. Late Return and Damage
7.4.1. Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges according to published rates.
7.4.2. In case of damage, loss, or non-return, the Customer must compensate the full amount of damage.
7.4.3. Damage is calculated based on repair costs or market value.

7.5. Payments and Charges
7.5.1. When paying by payment card via Klix, only the rental fee may be charged.
7.5.2. No security deposit is reserved, blocked or held on the payment card.
7.5.3. In case of damage or late return, an additional invoice will be issued.
7.5.4. The additional invoice must be paid within 5 calendar days.
7.5.5. In case of non-payment, the debt may be transferred for recovery according to applicable law.

8. Liability
8.1. The Customer is responsible for proper use and safety of rented equipment.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for improper use.
8.3. Liability is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.
9.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in Lithuanian courts according to the Seller’s registered office.
