These delivery terms apply to all orders placed in the online store www.xboards.lt.

1. Delivery within Lithuania
1.1. Delivery methods

Goods are delivered by:

• Courier to the specified address (“door-to-door”);
• To a selected parcel locker;
• Free pickup at the physical store in Vilnius.

1.2. Delivery price within Lithuania

Standard delivery fee – 5 EUR per shipment.

If the order amount is 50 EUR or more, delivery within Lithuania is free of charge.

Store pickup – free of charge.

The final delivery price is always clearly indicated during checkout before payment is made.

1.3. Delivery time

Orders within Lithuania are delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may be longer in exceptional cases (e.g., during holiday periods or due to unforeseen logistics disruptions).

The courier may contact the recipient before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time.

2. International delivery
2.1. Delivery area

Goods are delivered to most countries worldwide.

2.2. Delivery price

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

shipment weight,

shipment volume,

destination country.

The full delivery price is displayed before confirming the order and making payment.

2.3. Shipping partners

Depending on the shipment size and destination country, orders may be shipped via:

Lithuanian Post (small shipments up to 1 kg),

international courier services such as GLS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, DPD or PostNL.

2.4. Customs duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, or other taxes may apply according to the laws of the destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation is received.

If, due to unforeseen reasons, a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed immediately by email or phone.

If delivery is not possible, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.

4. In-store pickup

Orders can be collected free of charge at the physical store:

The customer will be informed by email or phone when the order is ready for pickup.

5. Shipment acceptance

Upon receiving the shipment, the customer must:

Check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier (if delivered by courier);

Note any visible packaging damage in the delivery documents;

Inform the seller about any hidden damage no later than 48 hours after delivery.
