RASCAL 14 (Silver)
RASCAL 14 is a premium 14-inch kids' bike, designed for children from approximately 3 to 5 years old, with a height of about 90–105 cm. This model is engineered so that transitioning from a balance bike to pedals is easy, natural, and safe, making every ride dependable and enjoyable.
Frame and Construction
Frame: high quality brushed aluminum (Brushed AL6061) construction that ensures a lightweight overall bike weight and high durability.
Color: silver (Titanium) semi-transparent lacquer over aluminum – provides a modern, aesthetically refined look that blends with functional design.
The frame geometry is optimized for children's physiology: a low standover height, shorter reach, and proportionally balanced steering help the child learn more easily and feel more confident.
Drivetrain and transmission
Gates belt drive instead of a traditional chain – a quiet, clean, and virtually maintenance-free solutionthat won't stain clothes and lasts a long time without adjustments.
Single-speed system provides simple and reliable riding mechanics, ideal for children learning to ride independently.
Brakes and steering
The bike is equipped with Tektro V-brakes featuring easily adjustable levers tailored to the ergonomics of small hands and delivering precise braking control.
Aluminum levers, stem, and handlebar ensure stable and easy-to-understand handling even for a beginner cyclist.
Wheels, Tires, and Technical Specs
Wheel diameter: 14″ – the optimal size for kids taking their first steps with pedals.
Tires: durable KENDA Small Block Eight 14×1.50″, providing great grip and comfort across varied surfaces.
Wheel axles: aluminum rims with AV valves and industrial sealed bearings provide smooth, reliable rolling and easy maintenance.
Weight: approx. 5.5 kg, which for this size is one of the lightest ratings on the market – helping the child control the bike more easily and gain confidence faster.
