RASCAL 16 (pink)
RASCAL 16 is a premium 16-inch kids' bike specially designed for children aged approximately 3 to 6 years, with a height of around 100 – 115 cm. This model features an extremely lightweight aluminum frame, simple and reliable construction, and an exceptional design that provides your child with a confident and comfortable ride right from the very first pedal strokes.
Frame and aesthetics
Frame: high-grade brushed AL6061 aluminum, which provides an excellent balance of lightness and strength.
Color: pink / Raspberry – a soft yet vibrant finish with a semi-transparent effect that highlights the aluminum structure and gives an aesthetic modern look.
The frame geometry is specially optimized for children's anatomy: a low standover height, a shorter top tube, and an ergonomically balanced handlebar enhance stability and control.
Drivetrain and gear system
Belt drive transmission: instead of a traditional chain, it is equipped with a Gates beltis used, which is quiet, clean, requires no lubrication, and is practically maintenance-free, keeping kids' clothes clean.
Single speed provides simple and reliable operation – ideal for beginner cyclists.
Brakes and steering
Equipped with Tektro V-type mechanical rim brakes, whose levers are tailored for small hands and provide precise braking control.
The aluminum levers, stem, and handlebar are designed so that handling is natural, stable, and easy to predict.
Wheels, tires, and design features
Wheel diameter: 16″, the optimal size for children who are already building their pedaling skills.
Tires: KENDA Small Block Eight 16×1.50″, adapting well to various surfaces and ensuring a comfortable ride on park paths or asphalt.
Wheel construction: single-wall aluminum rims, AV valves, and industrial bearings provide smooth, reliable, and easy-to-maintain rolling.
Weight: approx. 5.6 kg – one of the lightest in the 16″ category, helping the child easily handle the bike and build confidence faster.
