Larger riders should look for a board with more stability, which is where the 10'8” Ride comes in.
It has all the same qualities as the 9'8" and the 10'6" Ride Boards, but it's two inches wider at 34"/863mm and has an extra 56 liters of volume, creating a more stable ride. It's also 4.7"/120mm thick, which means you get greater stiffness at lower pressure. In fact, it's more than 40 per cent stiffer than a standard 4”/100mm board at the same pressure. The rounded tail makes the board really manoeuvrable when you get your weight back and can be a great way to have your first SUP surfing experience.
You can easily take a small passenger on board, which is why it's a hit with family paddlers and those with furry friends. Or with our 6 point cargo tie-down system you can easily carry a whole heap of gear with you. Supplied with our industry leading Titan pump you can inflate your board in half the time with half the effort and once you are finished paddling the board packs down neatly to fit into our all terrain backpack making transportation and storage easy.
The Red embossed deck pad offers comfort and grip and a diamond cut rear section provides even greater grip and stability when performing step back turns or during occasional use in the surf.

Extra length means it can easily handle a child on the front while you paddle, or if you're going it alone, you can use the 6 point cargo tie-down system at the front and 4 point cargo tie down system at the back to take camping gear with you.
Multiple carry handles ensure that carrying around obstacles is a breeze, no matter how much gear you have on board. They now come with our Red Paddle Co logo embroidered onto the handle to be softer under foot and reduce the amount of plastics used in the manufacturing process.
RSS battens ensure the board remains stiff when loaded and slices through the water. Beneath is a removable fin from world leading surfboard fin creators FCS, They slot into the fin box easily by hand and are secured in place with a finger bolt. A nose runner fin has been added to aid tracking in side winds, while the two rear runner fins cancel out 'tail drift' when the board is loaded up.
The diamond cut deck pad has been finished with our Red logo embossed all over to provide additional grip whilst paddling and protect against wear and tear. The board is supplied with our Titan Pump which will get you up to pressure in half the time than other SUP pumps and once deflated the board fits nicely inside our All Terrain backpack to make accessing that next idyllic location hassle free.
